One of the biggest events in Zionsville (and one of our favorites) is Christmas in the Village. If you love to get lost in a winter wonderland, then you’re going to love it. As soon as November ends, Zionsville turns into the North Pole with horse-drawn wagon rides, strolling carolers, and many enchanting Christmas displays. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a real-life Hallmark movie!
Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting
The Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting are the most popular “Christmas in the Village” celebrations! Join the fun the Saturday after Thanksgiving and come witness a lovely local parade. You’ll also witness a magical moment when the massive tree lights up downtown! We recommend bringing a warm jacket and lawn chair if you want to be most comfortable. You can even grab a hot cocoa from one of the nearby cafes!
Christmas on the Farm
If you’re looking for a picturesque holiday event, we recommend Christmas on the Farm. On the first weekend of December, head over to Traders Point Creamery and join Santa’s festive party in the Red Barn! You can listen to live Christmas music as you sip on organic eggnog or hot chocolate, partake in holiday craft activities, and go on a scenic sleigh ride through the farm! Entry to this event costs $20 per person.
