The building at 175 South Main Street was originally constructed
in 1865 as the home of the town physician, Dr. Anderson. It
has changed hands many times, serving as a bed and breakfast,
a boarding house, and a private home throughout its storied
existence.
In 2002 a local Zionsville family purchased
the Brick Street Inn with the intention of making it a
Main Street gem. After two years of renovation and
expansion, the Brick Street Inn reopened as an Inn, event
facility, café and luxury boutique. The Inn
continues to be a state-of-the-art, family owned and operated
business in the heart of Zionsville’s shopping, antiques
and dining district. Its 1865 heritage is completely
honored in a renovation that has combined time-honored
elegance with the best in modern technology and convenience.
